The February Wrap-Up of:

my latest addition...

a little over a week ago i had to say goodbye to my 6 yo printer,

i know, 6 years, can you believe it! i must say she was a trooper

and i sure got quite the use out of her! she was wonderful :)

now, here is my latest addition:

The HP Photosmart 7510.

Isn't he adorable :) I was completely surprised when DH

suggested we go out and get me a new printer yesterday,

how could I pass that one up after a morning at the laundromat lol!

it's nice and simple and can do all the fun stuff i want it to

and has a record speed for printing 4 x 6 photo's-just a fun fact,

not sure if that means anything yet to me lol :)

now i can get back to my regular posting schedule,

i didn't know how much i relied on the girl til i lost her <3

LISTS! I’m trying to get everything organized so that I can get on with it…life that is. I started this “organization” in January and well, February is almost over lol. I’ve given myself a due date of this Saturday so stay tuned for some heavy weekend posting J

My DT Projects and pre-posting for the month of March. It’s a busy month for me and I want to be ahead of the game. Lucky for me I only have a few little posts to leave templates up so that I can just fill them in when the date arrives!

Thinking about…

My appointment this morning. I see a change of schedule in my future-fingers and toes crossed my friends and I’ll be able to share with you this happy news soon-so minds do not go wandering as mine does so often, it is work related.

Anticipating…

The start of my EMT-B Refresher Course starting in just a few short weeks. It’s only once a week, but I always get nervous come exam time. I really want to do well and accomplish some great things with this! I’m also excited to start a new running schedule at the gym!!!

Book #3 of the Iron Fey Series, the Iron Queen AND Book #1 of the Mortal Instruments, City of Bones. If you haven’t read them yet, throw them on your to be read list because you will not be disappointed!

Wishing…

I could stay home tonight. I know I just had a 2 day weekend, sometimes they don’t happen too often but I just really want this extra night. Sigh…

In love with…

My husband. We had a nice evening and morning cuddling-since I work over nights this doesn’t happen too often and had some great conversations and laughs. I want this forever.

Waiting for…

The call. Lol. Again, fingers and toes crossed!!!!

Excited about…

All the crafting happiness that is going on in March-my calendar is full and I’m just so thankful that hubby loves that I love to craft my little heart out! <3

along with the 2 novella's and it's just amazing!

Quick little story on my title "Waiting"...

we went to El Gacho Restaurant in Aruba and on our way there

we walked past this club like place-I really wanted to go,

hubby wasn't so sure. Needless to say even though we had a

reservation there was still a 1/2 hour wait.

Who would have thought that their waiting area was the

club like place we walked by that I wanted to go to!

I was so happy, hubby was sure surprised and it was great!!!

Little Love Notes & a Monster Book Mark!

Today I am bringing you a few fun projects I created

using The Twinery and Momenta Products!

February is here and love is in the air

so I created a Little Love Notes Mini Book

to display a little love advice and encouragement:

This is a 5 x 7 mini album from the Dollar Spot and with a little Momenta Magic and distressed edges, I think it came out pretty darn cute. I again used my polaroids to capture the little love notes and I created library pockets to hold them in. I then wrapped my pockets with the Twine to keep them in place. Here are a few close ups of the pockets and love notes:

This little one happily sits on our dining room shelf and hubby loved it. Here are a few more close ups for you to check out...of course it includes pics of me & the hubby in black & white-my fave :)

I then decided to go ahead and have a little fun with creating this Monster Book Mark. I've been known to pick up a book or two or three and attempt to read them all the same time, but believe it or not-there is not a book mark to be found! I won't lie and tell you this was my very own idea, but i've seen it around and decided to give it a whirl on my own. Here she is:
